I assume that you go to the very first post you made in this thread, on page 1, and edit that post. When editing, use the advanced editing functions, so that the subject line also becomes editable.

So some thanks go out to the following: Marshman for making a new SP contribution to the list; Source for updating information on a couple of MA's, and the new pricing structure at local spa.
Also one long-time hybrid MA/SP has now been dropped from the list when her prices rose too high to keep within the criteria of the list. Her status is now marked as retired from the list, and her description is marked "overpriced" now.

Agreed. She’s been on my radar for a while but communicating with her has been next to impossible. Recently, though, I’ve received a few texts from her out of the blue. Not ideal.
How to get access to the HVFM list
Do not send me a PM here for access to the list, but instead send me an email to this email address listed below. Any further PM's about list access will be ignored, only use the email from now on! Use the subject line "HVFM list", and inside the body all you need to do is give me your Terb name, see the example below.
Header:

20 Terb forum postings overall is pretty much the lowest limit we can accept for the list access. Below this level we don't have an adequate history to determine trustworthiness. Above 50 postings, and you generally won't need to make a contribution. Below 50 postings and you will be required to nominate a provider name for access to the list. Any provider (escort or masseuse) qualifies if her rates are less than $150/half-hour, or less than $200/hour. When sending the email, use the following format when nominating the provider:
- provider name
- provider affiliation (name of spa, agency, or independent)
- provider phone #
- URL's where they can be found advertising themselves (either a classified ads site, a personal website, social media account (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- link to forum review on Terb
- Service rates (i.e. what their 30 min, or 45 min, or 60 min rates are for a basic service, and whether they provide further services beyond that and how much)
- A reasonably descriptive physical description of the provider, such as age range, hair color, height, weight category, etc.

An update to the format of the list, removed the 4 new columns that were added back in December 2018, as they weren't being sorted properly during spreadsheet updates. They were only information about the users who contributed the various providers in the list, so it's not something critical to the list.
Now, some long overdue thanks to various contributors. Bill Reid for updating the pricing info on an existing hybrid MA, and some corrections to another MA on the list. RockinRollMachin for contributing two new SP's, and providing an update on an existing SP. Jake1000 for providing updated information on an existing hybrid MA. Thanks y'all!
