Long before Penelope from Mirage chose the same name there was a midget SP named Chloe Summers who visits Ottawa from time to time from the GTA. I have been trying to meet up with her for some time (I think a couple of years now...) but our schedules never seemed to align. They finally did earlier today on her quick one day trip to Ottawa. Yes, she is a midget (which is the term she uses), so at 3'9" the standing bbbj is of course offered. Open menu, good price point (100/180) overall good value. Her upper body is normal proportions but her legs are very very short...She is really nice,accomodating and seems to have a good head on her shoulders. She was hosting in the West End but just posted a message on Kingdom that she will be downtown on her next visit.
