Well, today I realized it was my 10th anniversary on terb, so what does a guy do, celebrate, and for me, it was with one of my favorites.

You couldn't have been more spot on about Amy. Amazing girl. She's incredibly sexy, but made me feel at ease as I was pretty nervous. Conversation w/ her flows because she's intelligent and has a fun sense of humor. Shared many laughs, which I love since sometimes my jokes are a bit too dry or simply lost on some. She does sound great - certainly a lot of glowing reviews. Because of that I tried planning some time with her many months ago. She required a meet before scheduling a play date, I assume just to get a feel for who I was. I can totally understand that since it sounds like she hosts out of her home and she should be thorough. She suggested meeting for a coffee and I agreed and made the arrangements. ~1hr before we were supposed to meet she gave me an excuse (that sounded made up to me) that she can't make it, communication went cold after that so I left it alone.

I feel I should give a follow up to the post I made above. Amy contacted me after I made that post and we figured out the communication issue was partly a misunderstanding (on both our parts) and a technical issue for good measure. We got it ironed out and we were finally able to meet for that coffee yesterday afternoon. I'm glad it worked out, she was friendly and seems like a great person. I'm looking forward to meeting her on more "professional" terms next time. LOL
