PA vs. LaVilla

Same ladies, same services, same prices. Both have good parking--your car is hidden from the street at LV, you can do the same at PA if you don't mind walking a little.
LaVilla is much more intimate, only two rooms, two girls on shift at a time.
Pickering Angels has more selection, six to eight girls on shift most of the time. Rooms are a little bigger, for the most part. Longer hours at PA--both places open at 9:00 a.m., LV closes at 10 weekdays and 6 weekends; PA is open until 2:00 a.m. seven days a week.

There's a MP that I met in the lineup that is on my TDL. She works at both locations, and either location is convenient for me, so I'm debating which location I should see her for my best experience.

LaVilla is an old converted house. One of the two rooms is VERY small; you couldn't fit two people in the shower without it being a very tight squeeze. The second room is a little more generous, and the shower would easily accommodate two. PA's rooms tend to be more spacious, although they have some smaller ones too. As far as I recall, the showers are the same (generous enough) in each room. Parking is hidden from the street at LV, whereas anyone driving by can see your car at PA--of course it's not on a main street and there's not really that much traffic.
Both places seem plenty clean to me--at least, I've never seen anything to concern me, or had an issue with anything. The ladies change the sheets and wipe down the shower and floors as you're showering and getting dressed. The laundry machines are always running--it's pretty obvious at LV with the smell of detergent in the air.
I am closer to LaVilla (a ten minute drive as opposed to twenty minutes to get to PA) so I tend to favour LV. It's smaller, quieter, more intimate, the ladies seem more relaxed (with less competition perhaps?) and I often feel less rushed there. That said, lots of ladies work at PA only and I have no hesitation going there. Once the door is closed and you're with the lady, it really doesn't make a lot of difference in my opinion.

I'm very partial to curvy ladies. Some may call these ladies BBW, but I feel that guys use the BBW term for anyone who is heavier than their own personal tastes. I just happen to prefer ladies that are on the heavier side. Spinners are not for me.
I've searched the few reviews that are out there, and she's still on my TDL. I'm not a mileage-seeker... MPA limits is just fine for me. I'm just a guy who wants to spend some time with a nice, curvy lady.
I don't even live close to Oshawa, but both LaVilla and PA are very convenient for me, as I drive to Oshawa often for business purposes.

I'm in the Scarlett camp myself these days although Sydney's a close second.
While I'm here - I'll just echo pretty much what everyone else has said here. PA and Lavilla are equal in facility quality and, to quote bolt, once the door's closed there's no difference whatsoever.
If you want a deal breaker, and I'm REALLY reaching here, the Lavilla parking lot is a bit of a pain in the ass and, in the winter, the road it's on tends to get ignored by the plows. But, like, that's really it. Otherwise I'd say go to whichever is closer.

BTW, does any of you Durham folks have any experience with Daniella at PA? I've met her once in the lineup. She's also my type, but I can't seem to find any reviews on her. She's next on my TDL after Scarlett.
I have been trying to book Alexis for about six months and she is always busy. She is my second favourite after Sydney, although Sandra / Tatiana was my ATF at PA. Pity she is no longer here. She worked at both locations.
I used to see Sydney quite a bit at PA but now I am partial to Lana at LV. She is in her early 40s but nice personality and fantastic technique.
Lana has always been a favourite of mine. We seem to click and I was just thinking about visiting her, as it's been too long.
Have only seen Lana ex Katharina when she was at PA. Very sweet and sexy lady, but very average massage. Maybe, she has improved her massage skills at LV. Guess, I should see her at this location.
Was thinking the same! @bver, IME Lana's massage isn't so much of a massage as it is a groping... it's definitely different. Like maybe she should be paying me kind of different. I am certainly not complaining though!
To the OP's question, I haven't been to PA but have been to LV a few times and the comments above are accurate. One room is smallish but serves the purpose fine, though the shower is tiny. The other room is a little more spacious but has a much nicer attached shower (area?), it's kinda down a little hallway. Easily enough room for two as I've had some shower time with Lana in there.
