Canada has strict regulations on the e-liquid, but most corner stores sell the oil with various amounts of nicotine still. For higher dosages I recommend ordering online (they send by courier not regular mail).
I ordered this kit for a friend last month. After doing some research, these sounded like the best quality. Everything is sourced and manufactured in the U.S. not China.

There is a place on lakeshore and Royal york that only sells e cigarettes. I get mine from there Ill try and get an address and pm you with it. Be careful where you buy them as there have been some troubles with them exploding.

canadavapes.com You can order e-liquid there that has nicotine. But you need to also sort yourself our with a proper vape mechanism. I use mini-Davide to vaporize the liquid. I order the eliquid with nicotine from canada vapes, then mix that with flavors that I order from happyvaper.com It's neither art nor science, but it can be done at home with virtually no technical knowledge. I'm running their ITASTE MVP and ITASTE VV/VW ... these are hi-tech e-cigs, they have a little screen with a vape counter, and adjustable voltage settings. the MVP also doubles as a phone charger with USB output. It's kinda bulky but I keep it in the car and use it when I drive.
The VV/VW is about the size of a pen and more practical for carrying around.

They have a store in Vaughan and one in Markham. I've been only been to the Markham location, it happens to be nearby a few massage parlors I frequent LOL

It has a cigar type flavor so it is not exactly like cigs and will last a few packs and you then you need more oil and change the wick

I concur...Canada Vapes, is an online family store and they are amazing. Speedy shipment, with updates of delivery in your email. You would get it within 4 days at most. However, no choice between VG and PG. Their content is probably 70% PG and 30% VG, as is with most.
I purchased my fist vap kit and e liquids from 180smoke.ca four years ago when I quitted smoking.
Aspire NX30 was the model I bought. Middle of the road in terms of price and battery durability which suits my needs. Give them a try if you haven't made up your mind yet. On the other hand as other posters have indicated, there are several other choices of vendors you can consider.
