That is really large money - after-tax so really $400k per year gross....you must be a high roller danjay....I would agree with Young city but if you have the cash and face fetish it is your money - not sure if she will still be capable of replacing your offer long-term but in the short-term she could likely make more on her own.
She has to be emotionally detached to do this type of work and she is probably addicted to 1) the money 2) the emotional high when she gets money. To engage this woman in an exclusive arrangement is to ride the train to an impending train wreck. She will probably do this sort of work till it is not viable for her to do so. When her looks go and age catches up to her she will find it hard to deal with the fact that she is no longer desired.
depends on the stage of her career. on the upward trend, when it feels easy and the money is rolling in, her ask would be as it was. as time passes, and if she has other interests, 5k a month is definitely do-able. lots of girls would take that deal.
i dont think any of the well reviewed ladies are close to 70 different guys a week either. my guess would be 10ish on average.
So how many times do you want to have sex with her per week? Do the math at her regular rates. Book a regular weekly (or more) appt with her. If its regular she will tend to keep it. Save 100,000+ per year easy. Nuff said.
You were being more than reasonable but this is not a rational situation. I've done deals a couple of times for way less than 5k but never fully exclusive. (i didnt want it). i believed bcuz of their availability etc.... that they were seeing 2 or 3 of us in total, on the same terms to get them up to the total monthly cash inflow they required, my guess was north of 6k, south of 10k. To her it was like 3 super-regulars. She never had any expenses w me either, so she said it was nice to just bank the cash. Both time lasted abt 6 months which was perfect for me. BTW i wasn't exclusive to her either and did my thing w other ladies too.
In this day and age, in this market, try laying out 20 or 30 brown bills w just about anyone and see what happens.

that seems like a lot. i wouldn't think she'd happily make it to 32 from 25 with that regime , but hey, you never know!
this is an assumption on my part- it sounds like her volume of others is a major issue to you? could you handle a deal where she had 3 or 4 super regulars at 5 k each per months?

anyhow my point in this thread was dont just listen to conventional wisdom on here, there is a strong probability to get the kind of deal done that you want. maybe not today... question, how long has she been doing it?
Well you seem like a good one with numbers....70 per week for only 6 months is 1800 a year for 3 years is 5400 appointments....and another 5 years to go perhaps...not likely you will ever match her incall splits with an agency...but she cannot sustain the demand forever

This is a good idea. I would probably do this too if I have the money and addicted to a girl. Less work and save more money. And just make a deal with her if you want to spend a day with her outside the incall location.
