While there are always risks involved - the mouth is very acidic and doesn't harbour most STIs easily. I would say, herpes would be the largest concern, although oral herpes doesn't spread as easily to the penis from the mouth as mouth to mouth helpes or genital to genital - but it does happen. You would want to be sure you have no small cuts or sores when you go see a girl. And of course if she has a cold sore don't stay, but it can also spread in the stage just before the sore shows up.
In my opinion it's a pretty small risk, but not a nice consequence.

I can understand the temptation of being "in the moment" sometimes our brain does not work too well. But I do not understand people who actively look for it with a woman who would be considered to be "high risk" because of her line of work.
Granted in K/W it is not as likely to get something bad (example.. HIV) than say in Toronto. But still, why would someone want to go looking for a BBBJ from someone who sees numerous guys any of whom could have had something and passed it off.

Guys have no right to say anything negative about your menu if you're upfront and honest, they can see someone else if they don't like your offerings.

if you want to make 100% that you don't catch anything from an sp then
