Injections last 3 to 4 hours.
The injections are in the shaft of the penis. (Only slight discomfort)

Another reason I chose this method was the possible side effects from viagara/cialis. There is some indication that these could have harmful effects to your liver and kidneys.
The injections are local and there is no effect to other organs of your body. (According to my urologist)
