Bad Date Question???

After reading many reviews both good and bad I had a question/comment to ask all SP's and Hobbyists.
I wonder how many clients are "aware" or even realize how much their own PERSONAL HYGIENE( or lack of it!!) can affect the quality of a session a SP gives them?
But how do you tell a client that he smells and needs to take a shower before a session, in a nice way that is??????
I would say the biggest complaint I hear from fellow SP's and other women not in the 'biz', is the lack of good personal hygiene many men have(not his 'size'). I dont believe many men realize how badly they smell sometimes, especially the ones that may be dressed nicely. And then they expect you to be affectionate and provide a GFE. I always offer my clean shower ,but most clients refuse or dont clean properly.
Any suggestions or comments about this subject would be appreciated. My 'melting nose hairs' thank you in advance!!!

THANKS

Ack, ick - tell me about it!!

Someone came to see Daynna, and I was downstairs in the kitchen -- one full flight down, and I could *smell* this person. I don't mean to be rude, but -- *damn*. When she politely offered him a shower, he refused, so he was quite firmly shown the door.

A guideline for hobbyists should be -- if the lady offers you a shower, perhaps there's a reason, and perhaps you *should* take her up on it, whether *you* think it's necessary or not...

Yes, but sometimes even *that* doesn't work. I just asked Daynna, and she said that even when she asked him to join her in the shower he said no.

You've got to wonder -- a floor away and someone can smell you, but you can't smell yourself ? I wonder if extended exposure to your own paint peelingly bad b.o. can damage your sense of smell...

Sounds like the shower would not be enough - Maybe one of those "Decontamination Units" like the ones in Viral Labs would be better suited for that guy.

You have no idea. Half an hour later, and the smell still lingered. He's become legend -- if you ever meet Daynna, ask her about 'stinky guy' - I promise you she'll either crack up or make instant gagging noises...

If the Canadian Army ever needs chemical weapons technology, they only need to track down this guy. It shouldn't be hard - just look for birds falling dead out of the sky as he walks underneath them...

Smelly People

Wow, I would have never guessed this was a big problem, at first I thought these posts were hinting that the guy smelled if his johnson was uncircumcised (spell check that) but now it seems to be a general stinkiness.

I know this maybe way unrelated but just in general when i run across people with seriously bad breadth at work or in public I really am perplexed on whether to mention it or not.

I just recalled this one, I was running a little business conference years ago and people started coming up to me and telling me this one guy smelled he took his shoes off under the table. Anyways i couldnt believe that of all the possible problems they would come to me with this one. I doubted there complaints so I walked passed the guy and almost vomitted right there. After a few minutes I regained my composure and asked him to put his shoes back on as quietly and as low key as possible as not to embarrass the guy, he was so angry and insolent he got up and left. Goes to show there must be smelly people in every line of work.

Anyways I dont think you should deal with smelly people, I wouldnt.

Attention all MEN

But the problem is some men are what I like to call UNDERCOVER smelly. You wouldnt imagine how many professional men visit me wearing $ 2000 designer Italian suits but the second they undress my eyes water and my nose hairs begin to singe from their smell. I try to be polite but my brain is telling me to RUN out of the room. I dont want to touch them with a 10 foot pole or have their toxic saliva anywhere on my body. Then some guys wonder why they may be RUSHED and expect a GFE. Give me a break, be realistic. Dont you want to RUSH out of an elevator when someone inside has body odour. Know imagine getting naked with that person and having sex and kissing them. YUCK!! Get the point!!!
A shower at 7am does not mean you are still clean after 8 hours of work. Many people need more than one shower a day. We live in a country with running water and inexpensive soap and deodorant. You can never be too clean. Sorry for being so blunt. But this is a big problem with 'a lot ' of Hobbyists (most SP's biggest gripe about the biz) who are obviously not aware.
I hope this helps everyone have better encountersin the future.

LISTEN UP MEN

To be specific, being circumcised does not mean you cant smell. If you dont dont scrub with a washcloth ,everywhere when you shower you probably are not as clean as you could be. Always use a lot of deodorant and a bit of cologne. Common sense basic hygiene habits are not that common. I feel sorry for some of my clients wives or girlfriends, at least I dont have to live with that stench. No wonder so many wives dont like giving BJs'. Encrusted urine smell is not appealing. But I guess no one has the nerve to tell them they stink( underarm and foot odour, bad breath, and smelly privates)ARRGGHHHHH!!!!!!
One of my favourite clients always smells wonderful from head to toe, because he takes a proper shower before each meeting. He says he treats our meeting like a date . I call him a true BFE(boyfriend experience) LOL. TRUST me he gets his money worth and more. And he is no Brad Pitt look-alike. (I hope Brad Pitt smells good all over or my fantasy is ruined)

Just a question for the ladies.

It is not hard to understand how much of a turn-off it is to be with an unhygienic man. I'm just wondering how often you encounter this. Is this every day or a few times a week or less? Just curious.

Sometimes the fellas put on too much Calvin to cover up a hard days work and this isn't good either.Showers are best.I smile to walk into a room all steamy and the guys got on a towel....no need for comments then.
Good post by the way!

deodorant, cologne, ack...

From another point of view...

I'm allergic to citrus fruits and their byproducts, and products of the family Burseraceae. Oranges, lemons, grapefruits, etc.. So what has this to do with this thread? Well, among the most common ingredients in expensive colognes and similar stinky things are bergamot (citrus), balsam and myrrh (Burseraceae).

My partner has a chemical sensitivity to some of the lab-made aromatics, which appear in the less expensive stinky things.

These things combined mean that I am unable to use deodorants or colognes, etc. Bay rum, when you can find the real stuff, is a possibility, but it makes me smell like somebody's grandfather. :)

What's a fellow to do? I wash with Ivory, or pHisoDerm, or SpectraGel, regularly. I wear clean clothing. I shower, thoroughly, before I head off to visit.

And I hope that's enough. If not, well, I'm not sure what I can do. Scented and deodorant soaps either get a raised eyebrow from my partner, or they cause an almost immediate blistering dermatitis, which while it isn't contagious, is pretty gross.

Tell your client that it has always been a fantasy to get in the shower and wash and soap them up . Most of us love the thought that we are fulfilling a fantasy. Also tell your client it would make you really hot . It does not have to be a long shower... just long enough remove any odors. Depending on time etc. this could work... let me know how u make out. I definately agree with you though ...I have a very sensitive nose . >>>>>Misty
Yes, but then how do you work it into the fantasy when you're discreteley trying to scrub the offending areas? Whats the most seductive way to say the hottest part of your fantasy is that elusive hunt for skid marks, crotch cheese, and pit stains?

We are all human and are aware of our glands. If we cant work out a gracious way to tell each other about it when it comes up, how the hell are we supposed to negotiate the more intimate stuff?

Myself included, since becoming the big person approaching 40 that I am, I find I'm growing increasingly paranoid about my hygiene. My friends consider my excessive need for showering and grooming to be inconvenient when travelling, and almost effeminate at times. But skip a day and I feel like I could fill a room. Still it eventually happens. I was politely advised once, "perhaps you'd be more comfortable after a shower". I didn't take it personally. We had a wonderful time afterward.

One time I had a brilliant incall duo session in Scarborough. A very beautiful and charming couple of young ladies who were impeccable in almost every way except one. The blonde gal had a slight breath problem. After all was done and paid and the clothes were back on, I was on my way out the door when they told me they hoped I had a good time. I should have offered a polite thank you but I didn't. I complimented their beauty, their exceptional service, the upscale premises, the lingerie, even their hair! But then I ruined it by adding that despite how wonderful it was it could only have been improved if [insert Blonde's name here] could have popped a mint. She did not take it well at all. I tried to emphasise it was not a big deal and reminded her I didnt let it stop me from enjoying myself, but that just made it worse.

Now if it comes up I just offer the mint beforehand, and take one myself. Often a gal has to sneak in one last smoke or a quick sandwich between calls. No reason to make her feel self concious all the time. As Seth said to Ritchie... "it's only a big deal if you make it one."

Have you tried one of those crystal thingies? A friend with environmental allergies swears by them, and, since I've never noticed her to be stinky, I can only assume it's working fine :)

Oh yeah, forgot about them. They work as antiperspirants, not deodorants, and I ended up with a very strange skin reaction when I've used them. I *shouldn't* react to them, but I do. It did work as an antiperspirant, though...

David...

I feel your pain... Wrong soap and I am screwed... It is just really sensitive skin in my case... I just don't use hotel soap... I bring my own... Whats a girl to do?

Wrong anything and I am screwed... Mind you I have gotten to the point where I have one place that no longer reacts to it... The inside of my wrists. I have managed to desensitised the skin there... LOL. I can now wear what ever I want.

I hope you tell the provider you are about to see... It could save you a lot of pain and trouble.

Ummm, there's a *really* bad joke here. I'm not going to make it, but I'll just alert the masses...

Well, Jenn, I certainly do now. Especially after I came home with one lovely lady's perfume on my breath.
