Time on server

It appears that the server is set to GMT plus 12 hours. Thus it is impossible to set your options to show the correct time on messages, since you can only adjust 12 hours from the server time. For instance, EDT is GMT - 4:00, but when set this way, show a time 12 hours later than current time.

I have mine set for +7 hrs which is for Bangkok and the time is correct now but according to the board it is April 27th. If all you want is the time that will do it until the board gets fixed
