Tonight, President GW Bush referred to the current situation as "a free and sovereign Iraq".
Without arguing if the war was just or not, if the situation in Iraq is good or bad, if it is good or bad for the world, etc., I find it a strange choice of words to describe a country under occupation.
Did David Frum get his job back as speech writer for President Bush?
