Goldy was fired from far-right Rebel Media for going "too far" after appearing on a neo-Nazi podcast. She has also recited the most popular white supremacist slogan publicly, demanded a modern crusade against Muslims, champions ethno-nationalism, and bemoans "white genocide."

Goldy has been banned from PayPal, and from Patreon for "violating [their] Community Guidelines on Hate Speech." There is always a crank or two in every election, but unlike the usual suspects, Goldy has a worldwide following. She is not your average candidate.

She's hot as fuck, but I don't support her campaign. That being said if she can produce 5,000 signatures she deserved to be at the debate, like her or not.

Besides it was an arts debate and that was likely the only interesting thing to happen.

She filed the papers late. I suspect deliberately, as any candidate who really wanted to attend would have red-circled the date. What she really wanted to do was cause a scene. She couldn't have handled participating in the debate itself because she has no municipal experience or policy - aside from demanding that Muslims be deported, I guess.

The normal procedure with alt right fringies these days - viz. Tommy Robinson - is to provoke controversy with the authorities and then complain that they were "muzzled". They then set up a funding campaign on their websites to "campaign against injustice". It's largely about $$$$$. None of these people has a prayer of being elected.

And yes, the dress is inappropriate. It's fine for a cocktail party, but ludicrous for a debate. No one dresses like that for a mid day working event in the business world. She looked out of place and self conscious, as she essentially carried out a performance piece.

And Ford knows exactly who she is. He follows city politics. And there were 5 or 6 of her group there. Two of them were wearing t-shirts with her campaign written on them. And she stands out. He sees himself as a little brother to Trump and does the same shit / says the same lines.

IIRC, this was the debate between Tory and Keesmaat. If so, I guess the major mayoralty debate is "too boring" for you?
