Just a funny reminder for anybody who thinks Trump is the only and first President to be constantly mocked on late night. This it the infamous "Clutch Cargo" lips skit from Conan - with Robert Smigel playing Clinton (Smigel is the same guy who does "Triumph the Comic Insult Dog" skits). This was a regular skit throughout the Clinton/Lewinsky scandal. They were all pretty hilarious because of Smigel's over the top impression of Clinton as this completely off the wall, joyously horny rednecked President Clinton. In this bit, Clinton takes credit for Viagra as the legacy of his Presidency - but confesses he doesn't need it - but he does take Rhino tranquilizers for sex with Hillary - not for the performance enhancement, but to erase the memory.... LOL!
