Why should Toronto have 3x as many citizens per councillor as the other Ontario cities? Ford is an idiot , that's why.

So a 47 ward election is legally called. Then The Thug attempts to smash it. A judge rules The Thug's attempt to smash it is not in force and invalid. The Thug now attempts to retroactively circumvent the rule of law. The very legitimacy and integrity of the election is now in question. Why go through all of that in the first place?
