Hamilton TERB Party!!!!

Okay, so all other recent attempts have failed ,or stalled, thus a few people have gotten together and made some very preliminary plans, rain or shine, flames or no flames,6 people or 60, the party is going to happen.
I dont want to hear that the drinks are too expensive, that the drinks should be free for the ladies, that its a bad day for me,that we should have a private function or anything like that, All we want to read here is POSITIVE about a TERB Hamertown Party because its in the works and its going to happen, no matter what!
  • Location: Stiletto's SC on Centenial Drive
  • When: Thursday Sept 9th
  • Time: 8:30 PM
  • Who: anyone that feels they can have a great time at a social event
  • Why: for like minded Adults , M&F to meet & greet in a social setting

As mentioned some preliminary plans have been done, more info will follow, anyone that feels they can add to the party by volunteering their help, let me know
WE especially need a name tag Lady, someone has offered (if She can make it ) but a back up would be nice!

Thanks, and look for more updates

If I don't scare too many of folks, especially women away :(

I plan on attending. I will be enjoying both Hamilton and for the first time London on next planned trip.

Look foward to meeting folks. Last party I was at was at PE in the Falls which was great.

Ok...thanks GB...I was working on something for late August, but am happy to defer to your Sept. date. Let me know if you need any assistance.

So much for the coming of the "Thundergod standard" of discretion to Hamilton.....

When Thundergod threw his party in Niagara, there was a deliberate and conscious effort towards providing a level of discretion through having a private gathering where nametags were mandatory to avoid nameless lurkers from hanging around to potentially cause trouble at some later time (which was a problem that arose from the last Hamilton party). Anyone attending had to reveal who they were in the name of fairness, which is the honourable thing to do but yet not followed by all until TG forced the issue.

When TG took over for this party, my hopes were for a similar standard of protection for the identities of those who choose to attend but apparently that isn't going to be the case since things will just be back at Stilletto's again. So unless things develop further in another direction, I certainly won't attend and I encourage anyone who values their privacy to do the same.

Hamilton Party Plans

I have never attended a Terb Party, but I am seriously considering making the drive to attend this one.
If only I could be assured that the legendary Misty would be in attendance.
Yes I know she is retired and in love......But I can still dream....Cant I?

If you don't like the way this party is being organized, please, step up & take over , I much prefer to be a Partier than an Organizer!!

And if I told you the "specials" were only avaiable to those with Tags, and the area would be restricted??
I was not aware that there was a closed off room at Stiletto's where we couldn't be observed by those not attending/not making themselves known. If such a room existed and was being used for the party, I would certainly consider going. To be quite honest, I have no interest in specials as money is not the issue (at least not for me).

I don't have the time and have never claimed otherwise, but if you can't take people making entirely legitimate issues public then you need to move along and scuttle this one now. Privacy is a very big concern for most people and they have a right to be aware of the risks with the set-up as it is proposed. You may *want* to only read positives but the negatives *need* to be addressed as well.

You'd think you were an SP trying to quash bad reviews, for cryin' out loud.....

Now Ben is one dude I wouldn't want to piss off!!
If Ben cannot take my posts for what they are (an honest attempt to warn people about the risks to prevent people from taking a blind risk that ends in regret), then that is his problem and not mine. If just one person stops themselves from making what might be a mistake for their own personal situation, it is worth it. I just want people to think about it and evaluate how they feel about the potential consequences.

And for the record, I've pissed Fred off before and lived, so how bad could Ben really be? ;)

I've never been to one of these parties before, but I'll try to make it to Hamilton that evening... especially if a representative from Hourglass is going to be there...woohoo!

Please pm me details once they're arranged.
