Damm, I missed it. I'm glad Sharapova (17 now) won so I can watch her in the finals. Yes, Wimbledon Finals!!!! Go Maria!!!

Forget Anna K. I too was never a fan of hers - always losing early rounds.

I think Sharapova and the other Russian womens tennis players will go further in their tennis career accomplishments only because they don't want to be like Anna K. - can't win tournaments. Myskina (French Open & my current favourite) and Sharapova both are feisty fighters. Ever hear Sharapova grunt/moan during her shots? I think she was told by a player/judge once to tone down that sexy moaning after every shot.
