Private incalls in Niagara Falls

We have a higher rate then the other Niagara Falls agencies and tend to stick to hotels for the tourists, however as we expand we're curious as to what clients prefer - hotels, apartment or houses for incalls. When we do host incalls we tend to stay away from lundies lane, but summer rates get so expensive. Any tips would be appreciated

Niagara being a tourist area the unfortunate part of the summer time is the higher room rates and sadly that can't be avoided. And those higher rates apply to hotels and rental homes/condos. LE for the most part has turned a blind eye to hotels, motels and rentals of any kind unless they get complaints. Any long term rentals - condos & apartments - are good as long as the neighbours don't complain to building management or unless they call LE.

The one advantage of a longer term lease or rental is the price remains the same but there are some disadvantages besides what's been mentioned.

Look at how long agencies in TO have used condos without issue and I'll bet with 100% certainty LE knows where they are but have left them alone unless they've been called.

A home or condo has a more welcoming feel to it more than a run of the mill hotel. IMO any well maintained location works for me...hotel, condo, hotel.

We sell time and companionship and are moving towards the set up of incall locations such as hush exquisite courtesan and cupids- incall based in condos
