Well it is official
The Habs have been knocked out in 4 straight games.
I didn't think the Montreal was going to win but I thought it would've went 5 or 6 games.
Is Tamba Bay really that good?
Do you think they could win against either T.O or Phily in the next round?

Tampa Bay is plenty good. Okay, keep in mind that they've now played the 8th and 7th seeds in the East.
Nevertheless, they're an excellent team.

Too bad for the Habs, they had an excellent year though.

Those Bolts are hot

Here
The Lightning have been pretty impressive this year. My 2nd round prediction was for them to win in 6, but they are even better than I expected. Khabibulin has been great, I'm glad I picked him as my goaltender in the pool. Lots of speed and talented young players. I wouldn't be at all suprised if they knock off Philly in the 3rd round.

Yes the Lightening played an impressive game tonight to sweep the series. I wouldn't be surprised if the Leafs zap the Bolts in the 3rd round hehe. Ill say it will go the distance tho 7 games!

I'm an old Hab fan (though rooting for the Leafs now that I live in Toronto) but that series was a well deserved defeat for them. They stunk.

1 - HER DIARY
Friday night I thought he was acting weird. We had made plans to
meet at a bar to have a drink. I was shopping with my friends all
day long, so I thought he was upset at the fact that I was a bit
late, but he made no comment. Conversation wasn't flowing so I
suggested that we go somewhere quiet so we could talk, he agreed but
he kept quiet and absent. I asked him what was wrong he said
nothing. I asked him if it was my fault that he was upset. He said
it had
nothing to do with me and not to worry. On the way home I told him
that I loved him, he simply smiled and kept driving. I can't explain
his behavior; I don't know why he didn't say I love you too. When we
got home I felt as if had lost him, as if he wanted nothing to do
with me anymore. He just sat there and watched T.V. He seemed
distant and absent. Finally I decided to go to bed, about 10 minutes
later he came to bed and to my surprise he responded to my caress
and we made love, but I still felt that he was distracted and his
thoughts were somewhere else. I decided that I could not take it
anymore so I decided to confront him with the situation but he had
fallen asleep. I started crying and cried until I too fell asleep I
don't know what to do I'm almost sure that his thoughts are with
someone else. My life is a disaster.

2 - HIS DIARY

Today the Habs lost, but at least I got laid.

Mr. Downtown,

They did stink the joint out for sure. But on the bright side it was a good year. That goal in game three killed us. But I don't think the result would have been any different. Whether it went 5, 6, or 7 games, the Habs weren't going to beat them. I don't expect either Philly or Toronto to beat Tampa. I think were going to see a San Jose vs Tampa Bay Stanley Cup.

Geeshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. What has this world come to.

I think if the Leafs-Flyers series goes past 5 games either team coming out of that will be zapped by the Bolts. Bolts are well rested, young and not injured. All of which the Flyers and Leafs are/would be opposite.

I wouldn't write off Philly or Toronto. I think Tampa should rightfully be a favourite, but not an overwhelming one. They've been healthy all year, and are now getting roughly a week off, starting the next series with two more games at home. Bleach.

I'd agree with the prediction, though - SJ vs. TBay.

My poor Habs. Oh well, the Flames are beating Detroit, so another Canadian team should advance. And I wouldn't entirely count out Colorado yet. I know that SJ is playing great, but Colorado is coming back and has an equally talented team, albeit a little beat up.

The real reason the Habs went out in 4 is all about Khabibulin. Lecavelier was great too, but Montreal could have one two of those games, potentially with the number of scoring opportunities they had. Either way, that's what happens in the playoffs. Lord Stanley knows Montreal has been on the good side of that situation once or twice.

Don't count out the Red Wings yet, with or without Yzerman.
This one ain't over. I expect a Game Seven.
