Gonna call the Leafs in this one - they've got to win, and I think they'll dig down and put up a W. The skaters played pretty well in game two, and a soft goal through Eddie was the difference.
Another two days off certainly doesn't hurt the walking wounded. ;)

Leafs Win Game 3

I agree with a Leafs win in this one! The Leafs seem to rally around a home crowd!
I was at game 7 against the Sens and I'll never forget at the end of the game when Gary Roberts gave his thumbs up to the crowd saying thanks! I hope the crowd is just as loud and the Leafs pull out a much needed win or else they are done in this series!

Go Leafs Go !!!

I heard Gord Stellick say that when the Leafs returned from Detroit down 2 - 0 in '93, it was the loudest he ever heard MLG. We all know what happened after that!
The Leafs won the Cup?

No?

And this has *what* to do with tonight's game?
I know, it has much to do with the fact that you have a small penis, but try to keep on topic.

*bows to Ranger's witty comeback*

You're right! Winning the Cup has nothing to do with tonight's game.

Cut me some slack. I am born and raised in Hamilton. It is my God given/birth right to hate everything Toronto.

Except for the SP's of course.

and the strippers

and the MP's
Hey, at least you're honest about it.

As we have been reminded by Ranger in previous posts, the only thing that matters is the final score. The team that wins outplayed the other. So spare my the 'soft goal' talk please!Toronto lost game 2, that was the difference!

The Leafs have Nieuwy, Nolan, Stajan, Pilar, Berehowsky, Johansson, Perrot, Wilm, Renberg not playing tonight. And who do they turn to change their fortunes around against Philly?? Wade fucken Belak!!!! The saviour of the Leafs has arrived folks and he is none other than Wade Belak ..... pathetic!!!!

What's your problem, exactly, Scubadoo? Other than you're obviously still sore that we kicked your sorry team's ass again?
Belfour gave up a weak goal as the game-winner. That's a fact.
The Leafs were outplayed in that loss, so? I agree. Who said anything different?

Give your head a shake and get over it.

Oh, and WRONG!
LOL

Nice win by the Buds. Lots of jam - exploited a big, slow-looking Philly team - enough Philadelphia lack of discipline to put the game out of reach in the third.
Belfour looked decent, but wasn't tested too much.
Esche didn't look great - total lack of rebound control - but if that's his worst game, it wasn't as bad as other goalies the Leafs have faced this playoffs. ;)
Belak was clearly a good insertion. Kaberle continued soft play. If I never see Antropov and Ponikarovsky on the four-on-four again, it'll be too soon - although they both had their moments five-on-five.
The Leafs outplayed the Flyers for the first game in the series, although they were close in Game Two.

Let's see what happens in Game Four.
