Bases on what? The Libs are running an ex-NDP provincial MLA member that was last seen getting her ass kicked in a run for mayor about 10 years ago.

Even with all of the anti-Harper backlash that riding has cast an increasing number of Tory votes the last four elections.

It may be close but certainly not a sure thing for the Libs. If anything I would guess the Torys keep that seat by about 2000 votes not the 10,000 they won by last time.
