TV Broadcast question

As a visitor to Toronto I do not know the answer to this and would appreciate any help I could get.

CBC is showing the Toronto/Philly game tonight (rightly so) but I want to watch the Detroit/Calgary game (since I'm a Detroiter). Is there a local TV station that will be carrying the game live OR can somebody suggest a good sports bar downtown that will have it on one of their TV's?

Thanks in advance for the help :)

I don't live in Canada, but ESPN is the only one playing the game in the US. Maybe Canada gets ESPN??

Check TSN perhaps but I think CBC is a rights holder for all "canadian" games

Best bet is to go to a bar as both games will be on CBC. The broadcast will be split with Western Canada getting the Calgary game and the rest of the country getting the Leafs. Thus the bar may have one TV on the Calgary game.

No, they're not.
I don't know what to say - some sports bar *somewhere* might carry the game on a tiny screen in some corner.
Sorry, mrhockey - it's a Leafs town. ;)

When you get here look in the yellow pages under bars or nightclubs and just start phoning left, right and centre. Some watering hole somewhere is bound to have the game. Whether its on a legal or illegal dish!!!

CBC has the Detroit game listed as a replay after The National.
The Detroit game can be seen live if you live in Western Canada. But you can try to catch it in some bar somewhere in the GTA as I am sure 1 of the 20 screens in the bar will be on that game and not the Leaf game.
