Are cops turning their backs on feds' new hooker law?

The police need to know that their efforts are going to mean something
to put all the effort needed to really doing something ...only to see it get thrown out on a constitutionality issue isnt financially feasible.
the budgets are already being stretched to the max.....are the feds gonna re-imburse the cost of the busts when even they know it wont stick for the most part.
it was stupid then..and still is...nuff said

and as the article said....they will continue to act on complaints which they did before C36

A bad law is a bad law. If police refuse to enforce it than it is as good as useless. Unenforceable.
