Ok fellow Terbites Game 1 is in the books in favour of the Sens 4-2 with a two goal performance by Marian Hossa. For Ottawa's sake it was important to get the win if for no other reason than to erase the memory of the 6-0 drubbing last week at the hands of the Leafs. Game two is pivotel. Should the Sens win Game 2, the Sens would take control and the series could be looking alot shorter than anyone thought. If the Leafs win we are back at square one and in for a fight.
What do you think the score will be in Game 2 and what changes (personel or lineup) should either team do if any.
I personally feel Quinn should find a place for Stajan (I love how that kid plays) in the lineup and sit either Reichel, Renberg or Kilger. He should also move Mogilny up with Sundin. For the Sens Martin should, despite winning Game 1, sit Vermette and dress Spezza. Spezza is fourth in scoring for the Sens and proved last year he can play in the playoffs. I would make this move also to counter the changes Quinn is about to make for Game 2, thus trying to stay a step ahead of the oppositon's coaching moves.
Just like in the Game 1 thread, can we keep this to contructive hockey talk. I am interested in how everyone thinks things will pan out and synopsis of things, thanks. And BTW Pansey, keep the hehehe's out of here also - analytical hockey talk JP (and mature).
