I'll go:

Detroit over Nashville in 5 (I like the Wings chances better with Legace than with CuJo)

San Jose over St. Louis is 6 (Most boring match-up)

Calgary over Vancouver in 7 (Canucks are going no where without Bertuzzi)

Dallas over Colorado in 6

Tampa Bay over the Isles in 6

Montreal over Boston in 7 (Best 1st round match-up)

Philly over New Jersey in 7

Toronto over Ottawa in 7 (*but, if Ottawa can win game 1, I think they can take it, and conversly, if Ottawa falls down 2 games to none, they might fold and be swept. They have to get to Toronto in the early games otherwise the "Here we go again" factor could be devastating to the Sens.)

Nashville over Detroit in 7
Detroit always has trouble in the first round, Nashville has a young team with a lot of players in the playoffs for the first time coulsd cause a lot of problems for detroit.

St.Louis over San Jose in 6
every year is St.louis year but they never come through, now that there the underdogs this is the time they come through

Calgary over Vancouver in 7
Hardest working Team, and Kipersoff could be this years Giguire

Dallas over Colorado in 6
Dallas one of the hottest teams, Colorado has key injuries to Tanguay and Karria, and suspect goalies

Toronto over Ottawa in 6
Drawing Toronto in the first round was Ottawa's biggest nightmare

New York over Tampa Bay in 6
Tampa has a roster of players that just spell out playoff bust. The Islanders beat the Lightning twice towards the end of the season, look for that trend to continue.

Montreal over Boston in 7
Both teams have good goaltending, Whicj goalie will be hotter, i'm going with Theodore to steal the series for the habs

Philadelphia over N.J. in 7
New Jersey's loss to Boston at home would have set up home Ice advantage in this series and thats the difference in this series.

Okay, well we'll jump on in, here:

Detroit in four (Nashville's done - no way, no how - it's 2004 not 2003 - no Giguere this year)

San Jose in five (St. Louis looks tired, the Sharks look hungry)

Calgary in seven (although, on the other hand, Vancouver may win in *four*, I think the Flames have the guts to go the distance - it's all up to Kiprusoff and Iginla - if the Flames drop the first two, look out for a Vancouver sweep)

Dallas in six (Colorado looks like a team in transition - if Salo plays, Dallas in five - Kariya being hurt may actually help the Avs, 'cause he's been invisible)

Tampa Bay in four (no injuries and rolling all year long)

Boston in five (Theodore will steal one, but only one)

Philadelphia in seven (hard to imagine the Devils dying in less, even without Stevens - if the Flyers had started Burke, they'd win in five)

Toronto in seven (the one real pick 'em, IMO)

Let's get ready to rumble!

Toronto
Det over Nash in 5 (Preds amazing powerplay dies an ugly death)
Dal over Col in 6 (defence wins)
SJ over StL in 6 (or vice versa)
Cal over Van in 7 (unselfish team play wins)

Tor over Ott in 6 (great series, Belfour vs ????)
NJ over Phi in 6 (defence wins)
TB over NYI in 5 (Isles, don't even bother dressing a goalie)
Mtl over Bos in 7 (battle of the goalies, edge to Theodore I hope)
