Kickstarter campaign to fight C-36

How about we raise money in a Kickstarter like campaign to mount a legal challenge to C-36?

Interesting idea. It's possible that some site could be interested in hosting such a campaign. I just think it might be tough to challenge a law which hasn't been yet enforced. There wouldn't be any significant evidentiary record like in the Bedford decision to support our case.

I guess then the question becomes, will it EVER be enforced? And, if not... where does that leave us?
