No, but I think that we will only know if GTA LE is going to react to C-36 in the months to come. Until then, reasonable precautions are the order of the day

Your right Celticman. Being very careful now is the best.
I do want to say to all my hobbiest buddies here. I did speak with a criminal lawyer friend, and he said, He has read the bill C-36. His advise to me was only call a lady and No text at all. Just to be safe. So nothing is on record.
He said no way will and can the LE charge you for a phone call with a SP's number on your phone. Its still a free country and we can call anyone to talk we like.
They do not have the man power to sit and watch every hotel and every apt of a lady. Just stay away from Massage Parlors. and do not text for details.
Even if you do leave a ladies apt and by chance you get stopped witch is highly unlikely, You paid for a massage and make sure you tell the girl to have the same story. You cant say you visited a friend, as you don't have the ladies real name. But be polite. That is important.

Then say nothing more. They would have to let you walk. They CAN NOT CHARGE YOU FOR something they have no proof of. But he feels that things will go as normal and the LE will have to make arrests of Massage Parlors and take a hard line on the pimps and trafficking of young girls and illegal immigrants.
Also to stick with ladies who have been around for awhile and ladies you know for now.

I myself only see MILF's and the woman who work by themselves. He claims there is no way they will sit outside someone's apt or a big hotel all day and night unless its a real high traffic place and this would be a body house such as a massage place. He is a close friend and buddy for years and told me not to worry so much.

Just be very careful and see ladies you know who have been in this work for a long time. Don't ask for any thing on the phone. Use code words. Be smart.

As for not knowing a "friend's" name, you could've met her off a chat line. She invited you over and gave you a name, but you don't necessarily know that it's her real name. Why can't you have a one night stand? Is there a law against a woman using a phony name or phone # on a first date or intimate encounter?

BTW, if you leave a woman's apartment, why would the police ask you anything in the first place? It's none of their business. You could be having an affair, so discretion is the order of the day.

Legal massage parlors were never licensed to offer sex of any kind. The police can't charge you for entering or leaving a massage parlor. The late Jack Layton on TV replied "I just got a massage", about that raid where he was found in years ago.

One thing I do agree with you is that any lady you visit or know, should be C-36 savvy. It's a good idea to both get your stories straight just as a precaution.

When in doubt, cite the late P.E.T. about the State having no business in the bedrooms of the nation (I actually told a cop this, but not as a result of a C-36 inquiry). As a last resort, you can quote what ex-Liberal Justice Minister Alan Rock told reporters when they confronted him about a scandal - "I'm well aware of my rights against self-incrimination under the Charter and have no comment on that".

P.S. Another tip, for the philanthropists who like to contribute to good causes sponsored by the ladies we adore: "What is the donation to the charity of your choice"?

Your right, That is what I am saying. Its highly un likely they would stop you in a high rise building, but to be ready in case. And it is not any-ones business who or what your doing in private. That is why my lawyer buddy told me to relax and chill. He says It just wont happen.

No F_____ way are the LE going to watch all apt's in the city. Or hotels on visiting Sp's .
But for me to play it safe No parlors. I don't need any trouble. I love Milfs and Independent ladies anyway. Always have. And most are C-36 savvy. This is right. Good girls will protect their clients. I will not worry too much. I love woman and will not let Peter Mackay run my private life.

But on an other note. Next election, We should all not vote PC no matter what the case. If they don't get in next election they can throw the bill out.

I put a protocol in place to protect my regular clientele ,
I will taking new clients but they need to call me I can screen them
I need to know the client I'm going see that he's safe & reliable & discrete . I only text with regular client to book only
The client knows the ladies she safe and no else knows her location but screened or seen before clients
Most of regular clientele know me very well , know what my other job is and my real name . so they actually know whom thier really visiting
Also ,my location is no where near any school or play grounds ( Bill 36 )
I've also spoke to a crimal lawyer , to insure the discretion for my clients and myself

The reality of the technology, however, isn't as pleasant as you'd hope.

Calls can be recorded quite easily, and without the person you're speaking to knowing a thing.

Google voice allows recording from non-smartphones, PC's, and they have apps that are being developed for smartphones.

Lol. There are no more bawdy house laws. Your lawyer may want to update his advice to match current law. "Massage parlors" is a very loose term. Licensed body rub parlors in Toronto have never been licensed to sell sexual services. To target trafficking & underage, cops don't look to body rub parlors what run on the up & up. If he means unlicensed parlors, holistic parlors, or pimping/trafficking then that is where they will focus. To encompass "massage parlors" in your "warning" is unjust & unfair info.

Not sure about stakeouts on womens apartments not being an option for LE. Someone posted a video in the main Lounge during the fall which showed the Stockholm police doing such a thing. I can't recall any commentary or the context why the stakeout on that particular SP's apartment but I was quite shaken.
I have focused since Dec 6 on trips to Flirt and Muse. I posted glowing comments about two MPAs probably the top 2014 poll and then get a PM from someone whose handle I don't recognize for the details. Apart from searching his posts how do I know this isn't LE setting me up?
The old rule of thumb is never pm with someone you don't know. That used to be the code of ethics around here. Nowadays, guys pm anyone. Its nuts.

So should I be ok if I check into a hotel and call one of the reputable agencies for a one hour outcall?
Is it really true that Cupids no longer offers sexual services?

Yes you are correct here. I was speaking in my terms as a high traffic spot is still more easy for LE to stop a man and Intimidate a person. And I do know there are some licensed parlors. Some may be great and legit. For me why take the chance. Don't need any bullshit. To put in a nut shell, and not to confuse anyone, I was told they will be mainly looking for pimps, and trafficking.

More likely they would relish the chance to splatter the poor sod all over page 2. The piety would come much later.

Do you think any terbites actually went out and did some sessions since Dec 6? Did people risk it?

T.O.
Cupids has a FAQ page that completely toes the post Dec 6 line but it seems ludicrous..maybe I should book a session and find out:):):):):)
...and strangely enough, there have been at least a few Cupids reviews posted since Dec. 6....

Are you kidding?? Have you not seen the review section on this and the other boards??

This is all true, but us guys are not going to tape our conversations with ladies. They wont either. Come on. There would be no gain in this for her, unless she wants to lose all her business.
A text however on your phone is evidence. Don't be so paranoid

And even when you do call , you can ask in code. Such as I would love a nice visit with you. What is your time for example for a longer visit with 2 coffees,?( They know what you mean. ) What is the price for your time. Nothing wrong with this.If we start to ask for sexual details we hang ourselves. Most good ladies are hip to us and will help us along. I have found this already.
4 ladies since C-36. Not any problems.
