C-36 aftermath

O

OnTheWayOut

We've all read the threads and heard the fears about the new bill. What I wonder is if any SP, MA or agencies have had any sort of LE contact or experience due to this new bill. I know it's only a week but what I am curious about is if anything has really changed for the providers. I plan on carrying on as usual until given reason to do otherwise.

Can't say I've seen a drop in the number of BP ads. Reading the different threads in the lounge about this, some say that prices are dropping and there are more face pics...not noticeable here in Ottawa from my point of view. The "market" dynamic in the GTA is very different than here.

Indeed, I'd like to know the extent of LE contact with providers...

Nothing ha changed here. Even though I don't mention - and never did - rates etc, I still see some girls advertising they rates and menu. So at the end, it's all about those who are following the rule 100%, 50% or not giving a damn at all.

It's cold out, holidays are coming... Cops have better things to do.

What can an SP risk if she advertises rates and menu? nothing I believe since she is allowed to sell sex.

Yes, nothing. But yet, if you get caught for some reason, hard to come up with a good excuse when you are seeing "Bunny 100% real 250h 100h rates".

Good point; unless she is smart and advertises in two different media: one explicit so that we don't waste time texting about the menu, the rates...etc and one with the U.S style stating money for companionship and all that crap. If caught we only mention the U.S style ad. But the ads have to run at the same time.
