Does it not make prostitution legal from the sellers point of view?
What crime will they commit (if any)?
They can they openly solicit? (along as it is not near a school or other sensitive areas) can they not??
I believe they can advertise only their own services but the forum that advertises it (such as the Sun) can be charged.
If Harper's Taliban cops raid a MP what crime have the MPAs committed ???? Are they not off Scott free and only the Johns have committed a crime? Will not the owners of the MP be in trouble as they are living of the avails ??
It seems to me the only legal happy ending spa is one where only one girl works there and she is the owner but it will still be illegal for the Johns to get a happy ending so they work out of their own house but this takes them away from the safety of the MP which destroys the so called intent of C36
I think there will be no contact allowed in strip clubs ( no lap dances) but if their is a lap dance did happen the dancer did not commit a crime just the patron?
It seems to me the stripper can offer any service she wants but the club will be in trouble so the club will stop any soliciting.
If C36 does mean more girls come into the profession (because they commit no crime) and Johns are scared away will not the prices drop dramatically?? (supply and demand)
