The more I think about this the better it will be for us as customers at the MP. The law is going to change very little. The old law was struck down by the SC so this replaces it. Hand jobs and BS have always been illegal this law doesn't change that. Nothing will change with enforcement at the MP's. The escorts and pimps might have to worry.

This business is so competitive now wait till the bill comes in and business drops 30% for the first couple months and the slower season for these girls and Spas. They will be killing each other to get us to come in. All kinds of specials. girls not rushed. If your a regular and know the spa and girls they no your safe and not LE you will be treated like a king. No more booking way ahead to see top girls.

This could turn out to be a great new years for the ones not living life in fear!!!!!!

Or less customers equal higher rates for those to cover overhead and make up for loss pay.

Honestly I can't wait for this bill to pass so I don't have to read any more idiotic comments on here like "Oh you go to this spa and the police is gonna kick the door down!"

As far as the availability of girls... yes this is true, the mere presence of this bill will filter out the most easily frightened 10-20% of the hobbying population. However I do feel like its a matter of time (maybe a couple of months) before everything will return to normal.

girls not rushed.
That sure would be a welcome development! If spas are less busy and competing for business then making sure girls are actually in the room with the clients for at least as long as they've paid for would be a major step forward. Even now with good managerial oversight that would be eminently doable. Clients being able to book knowing with certainty that an hour will actually be an hour on the table each and every time and you're never going to be rushed or jagged on your time... that would be a major selling point.

This is going to be a great 3 months for they guys that still go. I would think the Spas that do promotions now will pump it in the new years. I think flirt and muse will be offering 45 minutes for the 30 minute rate.

can someone please post a link to the terb area where there is supposedly a 9 page discussion on the bill and what Johns can do to protect themselves?

This post was originally in the massage section. So it's in relation to mp's. In that forum is a thread about LE.

An SP has already laid this logic on me.

Ya but when LE does the same things they do now and make an arrest citing C-36 those same guys will start threads saying they told us so.

one could also say that the supply of SP would be more than the demand for them since many are retiring from this hobby.

A lot of these predictions as to price, 'supply', etc. are fruitless. None of us have a crystal ball. This law will induce structural change(s) of some sort, but those may take months or even years to fully manifest.

Nothing is going to happen quickly, or overnight. At best, we may see small changes in terms of activity/price/etc. across the respective markets for SC's, MP's and SP's, but these will likely be transitory and short-lived before things adjust to some new 'normal', which is as yet unknown.
