Canada's debate and involvement with the threat of ISIS putting Bill C-36 on the back burner? Perhaps forgotten and the Bill dead? Fingers crossed.

The senate did a pre-study. Part of the rushing MacKay has instructed for this bill. The HoC gave 3rd reading 15mins. That's it. Fuckers!
Yet in the U.S. people complain about do nothing government because of a divided congress / checks and balances.

Be careful what we wish for.

To Peter McKay the Prostitution scenario seems a bigger threat than ISIS. But this Government succeeded in removing the long gun registry, so every single day there are incidents of youngsters being shot here in Toronto. Yet this government want to fix something that is not broken. i.e. consentual sex between two adults that in 99.99 per cent of cases is safe and peaceful. My two cents.

If young kids are being shot in Toronto, it doesn't count because they only care about Alberta.

While it is deplorable that Toronto gang bangers murder each other, I hate to break it to you but most of the country really gives a fig.

However, I certainly haven't heard about the rash of long gun murders in Toronto.

You're right. A few war planes won't eliminate Isis. Our military is still pathetic under Harper.
