Just need to add up the warning signs;
1) outcall - this means she is to cheap or too crappy to get the room, so you end up paying the motel bill. Only a moron would have something like that show up at your house
2) bad tattoo - the tattoo on her leg wouldn't cut it as a jailhouse tattoo done with a ballpoint pen. To get something like that, you have to be somewhere and in a state such that no human should want to touch her again.
3) ad itself - at the end you have jumbled code for unsafe practices.
Wouldn't end well.

I don't disagree with you on #1 and #2, but where do you see the jumbled code?Just need to add up the warning signs;

or she only does this part time and it's not worth getting a room for here if she is just starting out. Competition is fierce and for an outcall only girl it's hard to drum up business. I did outcalls only for 6 months and it was so slow. I mean I heard a lot of awful stories from the guys that I met about their bad experiences, but they aren't all bad. I'm assuming most of them are and most guys are too scared to even try it, but technically that's what we should all be doing.Just need to add up the warning signs;

Outcall girls have to try a lot harder to get business and they'll probably treat you better. If you're tired of being burned and rushed out, she's probably the way to go. I mean, keep your guard up and be careful. Maybe take her to a motel first and then to your place if that is an option. She'll treat you less like "just another guy" because she probably see's so few people. You always have the option to opt out before she gets in the car or when she arrives at your door. You'll know exactly what your getting into because you are in control of the situation. You'll be picking the room or you'll be at your house. I think it's much safer for guys to do it that way, but that's just my opinion. I read posts all the time about guys walking into rooms and some guy jumping out of the bathroom or a knock at the door. But I have also heard of outcall girls showing up, taking the money and taking off the first chance they get without giving any service. If you really like her, maybe ask about a meet and greet. Get her to come out and meet you, you can talk and feel her out and then decide from there. You should pay her for her time. But at least then if she turns out to a crackhead or not at all what you were expecting, you haven't wasted your time and more money. I do meet and greets sometimes, not often but sometimes. I charge $40 to chat over coffee. This is a good incentive for her to meet you and a good way for you to know what you're getting in to.

That all sounds lovely and cute in theory but that's not how it works. The reviews here back it up. As you can see there are not any posting for hidden gem outcalls. - only exception would be a reputable agency you've dealt with before - something completely lacking in this area.
To burst the "Pretty Woman" bubble, no sane woman is going to do outcall as an indy. Show up at an unknown house, anonymous hotel, a car, when you are 100-140 lbs woman? Not safe not sane. That is why you won't find any normal woman doing that cold call to anyone who answers their ad. They can't afford the hotel because their last dollar was snorted or injected and they are desperate which is why they are putting themselves in that danger.
As a customer I will take the safety and security of a public hotel full of people over someone I have no idea who they are showing up at my house, where I am alone and have my valuables. Common sense! Someone tries to jump me in a hotel room, I have two choices, drop the money and run (which is no more of a loss than the crappy service we have all got so many times) or if I like my odds and I feel like having some fun, then we dance - which might end up being more fun than the date. Any business minded ... umm.. service provider handler, knows that there is a lot more money to be made with less risk selling your goods, than jacking people for $120 bucks. The ones who don't know that are bottom of the barrel, with most likely some sketchy shall we say "product" that you should run as soon as the door opens.
You can work however you want to work. If your service is good, and your outcall method makes good sense then you will be highly reviewed here. Maybe I am wrong, but I'm not seeing that.
