a good massage in Ottawa

Personally, I would rate the top three for this as:

1. Michelle's

2. Inner Image (Krista)

3. Maureen's Massotherapy (St Joseph in Gatineau) - this one is more hit and miss, depending on who you get as she has a high turnover rate in staff.

Look for LouLou in the X-Press. Very good.

Finding a good massage AND a good release is not easy. I personally like a really firm massage and that's hard to find. When I want a good massage and release I will see Angie at Angel's Touch or Jessica at Bodysenses. Otherwise it's Carol at Essence. The location of Michele's and the building itself is big turnoff for me.
