is the only way to do business with a SW like the one everyone is searching for on Armstrong there is by car. I do not have a car, in fact I walk alot (even in this weather). So I was curious about if there were another way of meeting them besides a car drive?

LG22: I've been down that stretch many times (I live in Island Park, but sometimes go for a stroll down that way to go to the used CD store or Giant Tiger). And depending on how stoned they are I've gotten:
"Hey you want a blow?"
"Buddy, you like to party? You wanna party with me?"
"Want some fun? I gotta place we could have some fun."
"Excuse me, but do you have the time?"
The latter might not have been a SW, but was the only one that I would have been interested in. I gather most know a dark alley or vacant lot with bushes. I wouldn't expect anywhere warm.
