Fannies North Bay

Anyone been to Fannies in North Bay reciently. I was thinking about taking a friend who's visiting up to Fannies on Friday but I've never been there myself so I wanted to know if it was worth the 1 hour drive north or should I think about heading south. (Not don't you all jump on me and say Go to Toronto mate.. as it's a 3 hour drive from where I live.)

I guess I should check to see if they are even open January 1st eh? Anyone got the phone number.?

A night at Fannies

Well, droped by Fannies on Saturday night with my girl and a friend. We poped into Don Cherry's before for a bite to eat and the ribs sucked.. so don't go there. .now onto the info about the SC.

Being right after the new year they only had 7 girls working. Personally it was more than I expected and they were all of good quality. Well at lease, 5 out of 7, I would have got dances from if I were going to. I was told by one of the dancers that they usually have like 20 girls on the floor. (wow for the north that's a lot). The stage show wasn't that great, they need to offer some free dance lessons but the girls were good eye candy they just didn't dance as well as what I have seen in SWOntario. My friend took a liking to this one girl and had several dances from her, said she was top notch in the VIP. The bouncers patrol the place pretty well so no on the side extras in VIP (at lease since we were first timer's there and not regulars). The bouncers even patrole the womans washroom. But unlike a lot of the clubs in SWO where sitting on your hands in VIP is the norm they allow and encourage touching from the waste up. I have to add that the tunes were great. They really played a lot of music that I liked unlike the usualy 'Stripper" music all the time. They had a lot of down time between dances, 3-4 songs, and even a extra song between the 2nd and 3rd dance on stage while the girl changed. But since the music was great I didn't mind. The DJ was good too he had a wireless mic and spend very little time IN the DJ booth. Instead he brought almost ever dancer a calender/poster to give away at the end of their dance and they even had a lady's pick where the ladies picked who they wanted to give a free table dance to. No preasure to buy tickets as they gave them away totally free. Drinks were a little costly at $5.25 for a beer, table dances were $10 (of which I saw no one paying for) and VIP was $20 but consisted of some good conversation and then a dance so it was like at lease 10 minutes. Oh and there was no cover charge.
