Lotteries with the highest odds of winning?

Are winning tickets evenly distributed? Or do some areas of town hav highr chances of winning.

Wouldn't those hospital lotteries have the best odds?
Example - The Heart & Stroke lottery sells 250,000 tickets. One in 250,000 compared to winning the 649 at what 1 in 14 million?
The ticket price is higher ($100/ticket), the odds are still much better with the H&S lottery than 50 tickets for a 649 draw.

i agree with u. i always play 3 hands 6 dollars per ticket. i have won 500 once, 175 twice, and 75, 50 more than i can count, probably close to 100 times. i have been playing for 3 years. i figure i won about 1500-2000. the winning goes to my favourite SP or MP. so at the end of the day, they won not me.
u r lucky man. i like the new classic white too, i think i bought about 7 tickets. won 50 dollars twice so i am 30 dollars up haha
mega dice is the new trend, my colleague just won 7500 on the spot on king street a little corner store. I am up like 10 bucks i think. i win all the time, but 2, 3, sometimes 5 dollars. 10 dollars one time. the biggest i won so far is 10, but the thing is almost every other ticket is a winning ticket. i think they changed the system, or the program, poker is paying less but dice paying more. lotto max and 649 still suck

i won 500 on the spot once, straight flush. full house and flush numerous times. my trick is to play 3 hands at a time. same ticket. mega dice is good, i win all the time but very small price. i love them both, but i hate 649, pick 3, lotto max. i always play before a visit a mp or sp. if i win $175 4 of a kind then i basically bang for free. doesn't happen all the time, but once every two months. i like the mini thrill before mp or sp

when i won 500 from poker one time, i upgraded myself to duo that day. and still have lots of change for gas and grocery.

I'll usually buy a ticket at a time and win maybe 5 bucks here and there.
