Some of the changes are:
- a new pick 2 lottery paying $99
- 2 draws daily for pick2, pick3,pick4,keno & encore
- for some daily lotteries you will be able to pick your own numbers without filling out a selection slip

They have been talking about this for years now. I used to work to work at a Quickie store, and saw the release that the OLG put out about this almost 9 years ago. They were talking about doing a daily draw around 3 pm, then another daily draw at 9.

They are serious this time. It's all set to start June 5. There will be a mid-day draw in addition to the 9pm draw.

Freddie - This provincial liberal government is so desperate for cash. They don't give two shits about the cost of gambling because either the feds or municipal government foots the bill to support these folks when their gambling addictions create a negative impact on their lives.

The callous approach of McGuinty and his henchmen need to be stopped. The OLG is not in the business of turning Ontario and more importantly, Toronto, into Las Vegas of the North

LOL relax ref. I think the changes the OLG are proposing are already being offered in many US and in some Cdn
jurisdictions. In addition the changes will likely create some good jobs. What are the poor and weak supposed to do for entertainment ?

This is only a small part of the Liberals' ruthless initiatives being undertaken through the OLG.

Wait til they start selling off the slots at racetracks that they are not closing. Either under the table agreements have been made, or if there is to be true "bidding" on those sites, American ownership is on the way.
