How about pro not letting those fuckers in the established oligopoly fuck the citizenry hard with exobitant rates but that is beside the point. Yeah there is apparently some more spectrum coming up for auction probably in 2012 which notionally should allow even more players but Wind and Mobilicity have reportedly already driven down the all in one monthly rates significantly. So... the ROI for Shaw to start from scratch with no towers or customers looks less and less going forward.
