Is anyone interested in the old city fido UNLIMITED incoming/outgoing calls?

Couple years back people sold that plan for $200-500

I don't.

Solo is not as great as the off the market fido plan that just ended December 31st. You can still call fido and get it.

$50 unlimited all day across north america + unlimited international text messaging. I couldn't get the international text out of them since i got the plan last week off the market, but they gave me north american text.

The great thing about this new plan versus the old city fido is that when you travel, you are not paying roaming in Canada. Essentially wherever you are in Canada that has Fido service you have unlimited all day across North America.

In my opinion it is/was the best unlimited plan out there. It beats Solo hands down because Solo still makes you pay roaming for picking up calls outside of the calling area.

That plan is obsolete. I got rid of mine last year.

Check out the $45 CHATR plane which also includes free nationwide long distance. Since it's on the ROGERS network, it has better coverage than WIND and the the other 3 new ones.

No contract rules!!!

unlimited talk time day evening and weekends
unlimited texts in and out in north america
unlimited video and picture messaging
text voicemail service
bbm
unlimited emails
call display and all the other stuff
also 6gigs of data each month
i know its still 75 but all the others have call zones areas and service sucks from small guys
this will also worrk with bell as my friend got good deal after i told him

Look more into them. They are zone based. So once you leave the area you are roaming even for local calls. + Their networks are not very established
A zone base that's expanding. I haven't had any issues with them so far, so for ME and my usage, they're perfect. In the meantime, they're still growing and plan on installing a lot of new towers in the future (25 in their first quarter this year).
I can handle some of their growing pains for the service that I'm getting and paying, totally worth it and a steal at $40. Screw Robbers, Hell Mobility and the other one. :)

Mobilicity had a $35 plan last year.

Unlimited N.A. talk, unlimited global text, unlimited data.

As mentioned, they are currently limited to major cities but will most likely use the funds from all the recent sign ups to expand their market.

As well as offering their inexpensive plans, it forces the incumbents to offer more than the old plans they force fed the captive market for years.

WIND, Mobilicity and Public Mobile have some decent plans. However you really need to check to see what their coverage area is like.

WIND is the biggest of the 3 but their service sucks just out of the GTA area. The other 2 will come right out and tell you if given what area you live in if you will have service disruptions. WIND will not. You get to find that out by yourself. Also when I tried WIND I had to go through 2 of their phones as some of their models have issues with their network.
