Desireable - I think it's great that you went on the board here, and posted that 1) you had a problem with a session 2) came here after to say how good Malica was.

I was just a little confused as to why the first post was negative with no details given and then the next post was completely opposiite with no details given.

Could I suggest that the next time you add just a few details as to what the good or bad was. They don't have to be too much, but, just enough to give us an idea as to why your are saying what you are saying.

Good to hear that Malica is doing everything she can about customer satisfaction.....well.....almost everything.
