Start up cost for a Massage Parlor

If anyone is in the business or have some sort of idea of this business, what is the start-up cost for a massage parlor with about 6 rooms or so in the Mississauga area.

Also, does anyone know of a massage parlor up for sale? What would it cost to buy one that is already in existence?
