Guy wants $350.00 for a pair, face is $374.00, is that fair or should I take my chances at the door. Anyone ever unwittingly buy fakes at the door or have a problem? Thanks for your advice, I expect at least a few humorous responses.

well to be honest, anything face or under for leafs tickets is actually a deal....why? because MLSE is nuts, lol...

the demand is so high people can get what they pretty much want. Like the Gold medal game in Vancouver, my buddy paid $4000 for two tickets to get in!!!!

Not that I would buy them personally, as I would rather wait to see a superstar like Brodeur, Luongo or Crosby, its not a great deal but def the best one you will get for golds in my opinion...

taking your chances at the door is risky. You can buy a scalpers tickets, but expect to pay insane prices...and if you think waiting for the game to start is gonna lower them, guess again, lol.

dunno about fakes, never encountered that one.

$4000 for the gold game? Must have been crappy seats. On the news they were reporting $4000 each.....

As stated, I wouldn't pay a dime to watch the leafs. Maybe if they gave me the tickets I would go? Then only maybe, I'd have to think about it and see if I had anything better to do (like getting a tooth pulled, my back waxed or an enema) and I"m a leaf FAN for over 40 yrs......

MLSE have a good racket going: if you're a season ticket holder and you don't use your tickets, you can (or at least it used to be) lose your tickets for the next season and there's always some idiot or company waiting to get them. Until they start seeing empty arenas the leafs will never amount to anything. The worst thing the NHL did was halt the coyotes from moving to Hamilton........

For $350.00 I'd watch it on tv and book an hour and a half with Tricia from Cupids, Elegant Ariel, Racheal from TP or Bree from Cupids.....IMO THAT is a better use of the funds......

Not to sound cheap but $350 for the tickets, $30 for parking, $10 for a beer $10 for soggy nachos, you're talking over $400 to see them lose. Again, I'd book time with a hottie and call it a night.

Leaf tickets are a tough sell these days and not even close to being worth face value, except for certain games.
With a few exceptions, anybody who can get close to face value for their Leaf tickets should feel lucky.

for $24 I'd buy them at the door, at least you know they're real.

$300 would be by BEST offer.

OK, I feel the same as everyone about the Leafs....but.....last night's game was pretty good. And there are lot's of good empty seats availabe in the bowl that you can see on TV.

So face value, or just below, is a good deal if I want to catch a game? I could go to Buffalo but between the gas and border, it doesn't seem worth it.

There are tickets available for tomorrow night's game in most price ranges at the box office.
