Actually most of the agencies do provide an outcall service when they can. And you may be surprised by the availability on CL, even if it's not mentioned in the headline or ad -- All you have to do is ask.
I will say, however, that some girls are more comfortable once they've met you at their incall location. Can't blame them for that!
