real estate, theres a few 300-400k properties in florida that are down to under 100k now...I just got a 80k condo in orlando, it was listed 2 years ago as 320k, its a good 2 bedroom in a gated community next to a golf course

Quite the steal right now, and most importantly with so much upside.

Which sites are you guys using to research the properties? How bad is the property tax situation? Don't you get screwed for being out of state?

What resources or websites do you guys use to watch property market in Florida? I have about $200 K to invest if I can find a distressed property for sale. How much are the taxes for non residents in Florida?
