Good for them. And Congrats HOF. I for one will never play Lottomax.
If you want to know why just calculate how much Canadians have lost
( as a whole ) on this lottery. There is a website somewhere that has the numbers - sorry don't have the link handy.
I have seen an old lady cry ( literally ) when she checked her Lottomax tickets.

Compare with 649. Just in Nov alone I have 4/6 twice. Infact I made a small profit on 649 in Nov 09. And 649 does not cost as much.

Oh, I know the odd are stacked against us. But, now three people have won 75 million. Just hoping one day that the lottery gods take pity on me. 1 million would be enough; 1.5 would better. LMAO.

lol...The millions that you might win playing Lottomax are just as good as the millions you might win playing 649. However, 649 is cheaper and the odds are better. The people have won $75 million ? How much did they lose ? Calculate that, and compare with 649.

You're right and I play both. I am surprised that someone won the 25 million, I thought that it would get to 50 again.

No friends or family but a SP that I see now and again has a regular client
who won $3.5 million on 649 a few years ago.

I think one day someone from TERB will win the 649..lol

Thanks,stories like these give me hope.That would be good if some day someone from Terb won the millions.Hope is what you need cause your chances of winning they say are 1 in 13 million lol!
