If this is a state lottery, it's never a good idea to buy tickets online. Since the only way to win is to physically hold the winning ticket, buying online seems like the beginings of fraud, fraud, and more fraud. If you wanna play so badly, just play a local lottery where is you happen to beat the ods, you have the proof in-hand.
