Rumor has it the city bought the building as part of its 45 million dollar development, i guess that's one way to close it down. I hope the city of Niagara falls can run as good a rub joint lol

They're supposed to be fixing up the marketplace in the back, maybe attracting people to the area triggered the enhanced scrutiny.
The Falls set up adult areas years ago, that was not one. The Oriental Health/Shiatsu location operated for years without issue, the new development probably made them look closer.
There is an application for a night club on the corner of Main & Ferry that got caught in the scrutiny as well. Something about drunks puking on veggies....
They may have bought it AFTER they shut it down.

Police, fire officials close massage parlour
A Main Street massage parlour was shut down Tuesday by Niagara Regional Police after an investigation led to charges Niagara Shiatsu was operating without a city-issued licence. Police responded to concerns from the Main Street and Ferry Street community who said they noticed suspicious practices at the business.
A team made up of police, city inspectors and fire department officials inspected the business.
They issued an order prohibiting occupancy, a stop-work order and an unsafe building order, a police report states. Combined, they effectively prevent anyone from doing business in the building.

I visited them at their new location in Sherkston beach, recently and same girls, same thing, just different location. Nice bonus was the lowered price to $20.00 for the half hour. I really have been enjoying Justine there.

Its located at 4771 Highway 3 in Sherkston. Located at Sherkston Theme Resort Motel. On left hand side past Empire Rd, where you turn off for Sherkston.

OK, I finally got through by phone 905 356 9800.
The reason for the address confusion was the girl who was on the phone said they are at 4771 Highway 3 in Sherkston in Port Colborne and not 4771 Highway 3 in Ft Erie.
She said they have some 'specials' now;
$20/30 minutes
$30/45 minutes
$40/hour.
May have to give them a try when in the area which is a mile or two west of Empire Rd the main entry to Sherkston beaches.

Just look for the blue and yellow sign at the side of the road on what looks like a motel. Haven't been in yet, but it fit the description given by another person.

I encountered the same problem with the Address as Woodpeckr. There is NO SUCH ADDRESS as 4771 HWY 3 in Fort Erie. Turned around as soon as I saw the sign for Pt. Colbourne and went back. Try as I might, I could not find 4771. I gave up, and decided to head home (via HWY 3 through Pt. Colbourne), and low and behold, there it was. South side of the road. Sign out front states "Sherkston Theme Resort Motel". Never really saw any indication of Niagara Shiatsu there. It is a strip motel with an office on one end with a neon OPEN sign. As you pull into the parking lot, there is another OPEN sign at the opposite end of the Motel. I went into the "office", and was met by Anastasia, who apparently runs Niagara Shiatsu. Have met her at the previous location.
I was introduced to one lady, who was the only one available. I declined, not based upon the lady available, but on who was NOT there. Another poster referred to Justine and as well, I have met Jenn, and Nicole at the previous location. They were not there or available, so I decided to move on, and return in the future *NOW I KNOW WHERE THE HELL IT IS!!!*
Gotta say, though..... the Motel could look a little more inviting. Kind of reminds me of one you would see in a Horror Film. The one that comes to mind is 'The Devil's Rejects'.
Will post if I end up staying next time I go.

How about a website with photos, and a clean decent room.
I guess I shouldn't blame them for trying something different.
