It's fun way to help you keep fit.
It starts out by measuring your BMI and assign you a rating ( something like Healthy, Overweight and Obese). There is a profile for each player to keep track of the progress.

I also enjoy the WiiFit. I enjoy the balance games more, but the aerobic games are also interesting, including a step program. Expect more games to be using the wiiBalance board, including the following: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wii_Balance_Board#Upcoming.2FReleased_Wii_balance_board_games
I was able to get mine at Shoppers Drug Mart for $89.99 same price as BestBuy and Toys R Us. You can also get them at HMV but they cost $99.99 there.

Pretty sure my trainer will still make me come in to the gym, but it looks like a fun thing to do instead of TV.
