The first time was about 3 weeks ago...its like 4 am and the "guys" upstairs sounds like hes sawing wood or doing some heavy construction.
Bang thump bang thump and I mean loud really Loud . At first I didn't clue in right away but then after about 15 minutes of that I hear. OOOOOOHHHHH
