I saw the same on craigslist - in the US however. I got really suspicious when 2 providers had exactly the same wording in their ads that included the need for FEVKEY verification. Seemed to coincidental, so I did a quick google search and found somebody who had his credit card charged $38 just for hitting a link in his email after he "registered". Smells fishy to me so I'm staying away.
