We can all imagine Calloway going into the strip bars and telling the girls that he has a member, er I mean that he is a council member and needs to sample all the "merchandise" as he has to report back to council.

On a more serious note (above was serious also of course), I don't frequent SCs, but I can't believe Kitchener council would ever consider doing this. They are going to be ridiculed by the rest of Canada.
